ASAHI Driving School offers professional training courses aimed at safe driving.
One of the biggest problem when you drive in Japan is that most of the time traffic signs and road markings are in Japanese only.

And there are many social customs and habits that everybody uses in Japan even though they are not traffic rules.
We can come to your place by car and practice together.

We can also assist you with converting your valid foreign driver's license to a Japanese one.

Practice vehicle

We provide vehicles for free.
Customers who wish to practice with their own car are also allowed to do so. Please let us know when making a booking.

Insurance service offered when using one of our vehicles (free)
For customers who wish to use their own vehicle, the customer's insurance will be used.
For customers who wish to practice with a manual car, left hand drive or a car in which the assistance break system can't be installed, please note that we might reject your request.

Cancelation policy

Up to 3 days in advance: 30% cancelation fee
From 2 to 1 day in advance: 50% cancelation fee
On the day of the driving course: 100% cancelation fee

Training courses

①1 hours course 24,000 JPY（taxes included）: Let's get used to driving in Japan!
・Consultation. We want to start the course by knowing you better: how much driving experience you have in Japan and/or abroad, etc.
・We will teach you the most important aspects of safe driving as well as tips for driving in Japan's urban areas.
・Learn about the Japanese traffic rules from your instructor
・Learn how to pay and how to use Japanese parking and highway

②2 hours highway course 27,000 JPY（tax included）: Let's start by getting used to driving in Japan, then apply what you have learned on the highway!
・Consultation. We want to start the course by knowing you better: how much driving experience you have in Japan and/or abroad, etc.
・We will teach you the most important aspects of safe driving as well as tips for driving in Japan's urban areas.
・Learn about the Japanese traffic rules from your instructor
・Learn how to pay and how to use Japanese parking and highway
・We will teach you how to drive and how to behave on a Japanese highway or expressway.

③Custom-made course: Please let us know about your desired course content and duration when making a booking.
We will send you a quotation based on your request.
